In the heart of the old town in beautiful Vejer de la Frontera, Annie B introduces you to the delights of fresh, healthy ingredients and the magic of Mediterranean cuisine.
Our cookery sessions start at 10am with shopping for our lunch goodies. On fish day we head to Barbate Fish Market. Following our first reviving Manzanilla aroud 1pm, we move smoothly into lunch consisting of the culinary miracles we’ve conjured up. Lunch is usually served round the pool. Lunch will always start with Sherry and wine will be served. Guests are free to leave after lunch (Spanish style, around 4.30pm) , to have a Siesta on the beach!
Refreshed and re-energised, we reconvene some evenings for tapas tours featuring wonderful local goodies and dishes served in Vejer’s excellent restaurants and bars where Annie and her guests are always welcomed with open arms.
