— What to expect
This culinary tour of Morocco has always been a dream for me and now this will be my 6th! I gaze towards Morocco every day & it holds such fascination for me. I just can’t resist hopping on the ferry, with or without my car, to immerse myself in the exotic culture, vibrant colours, rich history and delicious food.
These 10 days will be action packed. I aim to share with you my love of Morocco by being with you every step of the way, immersing you in the 3 Imperial cities & Essaouira too with food tours, cooking classes, city tours, a winery tour, access to private homes and so much more.
You will be staying in 4 gorgeous riads hand picked by me. We will be travelling from city to city by train, private vehicle and air.

Tangier is well served from London & Madrid airports. Or come via Gibraltar from Bristol, London or Edinburgh and hop on the ferry from Tarifa with me. Please ask me for advice on travel planning.

Arrival by ferry/airport transfer. Check into La Tangerina.
Lunch (own expense) & siesta.
Drinks on rooftop terrace → Dinner at El Morocco Club.

Walking food tour (sweet & savoury tastings through the medina).
Evening drinks on the rooftop → Fish dinner at El Dorado.
Early train to Rabat.
Walking food tour of Rabat medina.
Optional drinks at The Dhow → Dinner at Riad El Kaala.

Morning shopping & cooking class with Mohammed and his mother.
Visit Hassan Tower.
Optional drinks at The Dhow → Dinner at Dinarjat.

Private transfer via Domaine Zouina winery (tour & lunch).
Continue to Fez, check into Riad Anata.
Dinner at the riad with Zouina wines.

Walking food & culture tour with local guide.
Dinner in Fez restaurant.

Cooking day with chef Tara Stevens.
Free evening.

Flight from Fez to Marrakech → private transfer to Essaouira.
Check in and dinner at Villa Maroc.

Cooking class (morning).
Free afternoon & evening to shop, explore & dine independently.
