Based in the beautiful – and very typical – Andalucian village of Vejer de la Frontera, my cooking courses revolve around fabulous, locally sourced ingredients. They’re about much more than simply learning to cook in Spain – it’s Spanish food culture, it’s fresh, it’s sunny, it’s filled with goodness and I want to share it with you.
Cooking classes are held in my restored Andalucian patio house, Casa Alegre, in the heart of the old town. From learning how to make amazing albondigas and perfect paella in the kitchen to discovering the secrets of Sherry in Jerez or exploring the very best bars and restaurants on a tapas tours of Cadiz and Vejer, I’ve got a Spanish cookery course or food experience to suit all tastes.
