Onwards to Pamplona

June 8, 2027

Depart from Zaragoza for a lovely Olive Oil farm, en route to Pamplona. Learn about olive oil farming and processing, followed by a tasting. Lunch will be picnic style in the olive groves.

Early evening arrival in Pamplona and check into hotel.

Dinner will be a Txoko experience with our host Jose Maria.

Today you will learn all about the San Fermin celebrations and the running of the bulls. Followed by a pintxo tour of Pamplona.

Dinner will be in one of the city's most famous established restaurants.

June 10, 2027

Check out and depart for a visit to the closest vineyard to Pamplona. Enjoy a tour of the owner's contemporary art and then learn to be a winemaker. Lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the vines.

Arrive in Getria and check into Hotel Saiaz , overlooking the Bay of Biscay.  Getaria is a working fishing port, as well as the birth place of Juan Sebastian Elcano & Cristobal Balenciaga.

You have a free morning to visit the museum of Cristobal Balenciaga if you wish to. Tickets must be bought online beforehand. Visit time approx. 90 minutes

Txakoli & Cider

Txakoli is the wine of the Basque coastal areas. Vineyards drape the hills of the coastline you overlook from the hotel. Today we visit a Txakoli vineyard. There is the opportunity to hike to the vineyard. Tour and tasting.

Today we say farewell and either head home or spend a few days in Bilbao. Drop off at Bilbao airport at 12 noon.
