Vejer de la Frontera – a small town with a lot to shout about

Check out this map of Spain!! Vejer de la Frontera – A little town makes a big impression in the The Independent and Lonely Planet, Gourmet Guide to Spain, April 2013. Such a cool little town that I'm proud to be part of. I've compared Vejer to Ludlow, UK before now – an out of the way place filled with a surprising number of great eateries. I hope no one ever aims for a Michelin star here as it's good not to be precious. It's just great to serve top quality of everything delicious from this area, prepared with huge amounts of pride and lashings of exceptional care in a fabulous Pueblo Blanco that I sometimes need to pinch myself to appreciate how lucky I am to be here. Most eateries are family owned and run. Inspiring each other to work their socks off to give their very best, from the very best. Here's to a great summer to all eateries, suppliers and everyone who takes pleasure in being here – I know it's not just me…….
