Based in beautiful Vejer de la Frontera, on the Costa de la Luz in Cadiz Province, Andalucia, my food and wine filled cooking holidays and courses give you a unique insight into Spanish food with creative hands-on classes using delicious local ingredients, with a hint of exotic Moroccan flavours and more than just a splash of Spanish wine and Sherry.
With a relaxed, fun and collaborative atmosphere the cooking classes are an ideal food experience all tastes and all classes are English speaking. When you come to one of my cooking courses and you’ll spend your days cooking up a storm, while at night you can explore the town’s tapas bars and restaurants before returning to a beautiful boutique hotel. Your free days can be spent exploring the historic cities of Cadiz or Jerez, or simply stretched out on one of the stunning nearby beaches.
In addition to my set courses, I also offer bespoke food and wine tours exploring an area of southern Spain which remains relatively undiscovered. Visits to Sherry bodegas and vineyards to tapas tours and day trips to Tangier, every element handpicked and managed for you.
