Where I am based in Vejer de la Frontera, 95% of what you consume with me has zero miles. It is an authentic slow food culture. All fish, meat, cheese, fruit, vegetables and wine coming from this unique region of  Cadiz.

What I am offering

As life begins to resume and we learn to live with the new normality, my kitchen doors are open to anyone hungry for delicious food accompanied by copious amounts of chilled Manzanilla and wine.

For the foreseeable future, I plan to offer classes to only couples, family groups and friends travelling together. Once your booking has been confirmed, the class will be exclusive to you.

I am also offering 3 night culinary escape for couples wanting a safe holiday, cooking classes in the morning, beach in the afternoon

Based in beautiful Vejer de la Frontera, on the Costa de la Luz in Cadiz Province, Andalucia, my food and wine filled cooking holidays, culinary tours & cooking classes give you a unique insight into our authentic Spanish slow food culture. With creative hands-on classes using all local ingredients, a hint of exotic Moroccan flavours and more than just a splash of Spanish/local wine and Sherry, you will create authentic Spanish “slow food”.

With a relaxed and fun atmosphere the cooking classes are the ideal food experience, even for non-cooks!  When you come to one of my Spanish cooking courses, you’ll spend your days cooking up a storm, whilst at night you can explore Vejer’s tapas bars and restaurants before returning to a beautiful boutique hotel. Your free days can be spent exploring beautiful Vejer, having lunch in Tangiers or simply stretched out on one of the stunning nearby beaches.

In addition to my set courses, which are all English speaking, I also offer bespoke culinary tours exploring this area of southern Spain which remains relatively undiscovered. From visits to Sherry wine bodegas and vineyards to tapas tours and day trips to Tangier, every element handpicked and managed for you. I am also a go-to source for culinary trips to Menorca & Morocco.
